Appliance Technician Shane is the epitome and a True example of what one should expect when requesting a Service Technician to repair ones appliances: Professional, Cordial , knowledgeable, customer friendly/supportive, and a trouble shooter, getting directly to the root of the issue. Shane had two trainees assisting him, Bryce and Mike, who should also be commended for the exemplary work ethic and attitude they exhibited while under the tutelage of Shane and ensures optimal service for future customers to come.

David was great! He called me to make sure the parts were delivered and made sure all was good with my machine. He cleaned it up and installed the parts in no time! The dryer is running like new!
