Technician was terrific. Prompt service quick to diagnose the problem and repair with replacement part. Diagnostic fee is fine. Cost of part and repair could be less i feel. But overall I am satisfied with the service.

Shane and his partner did an excellent job. On time, professional and thoughtful. Shane took the time and patience to explain the repair. I don’t wish for an appliance failure but I know when it happens, I hope these guys show up!

Appliance Technician Shane is the epitome and a True example of what one should expect when requesting a Service Technician to repair ones appliances: Professional, Cordial , knowledgeable, customer friendly/supportive, and a trouble shooter, getting directly to the root of the issue. Shane had two trainees assisting him, Bryce and Mike, who should also be commended for the exemplary work ethic and attitude they exhibited while under the tutelage of Shane and ensures optimal service for future customers to come.
