Was able to get a next day appointment Shane the technician was terrific Honest, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative (explained everything to me) He cleaned up after he was done (5 stars for that!) He gave me the options for the issues I was having with my refrigerator Unfortunately they were all quite expensive (not his fault) I did choose the less expensive one with the hope that it would work

Our technician George was very professional & helpful. Highest rating for him. On the Sears side, I found the communication to be demanding & oddly incomplete. Their system did not update the wait time per my understanding. Room for improvement.
