Jeffrey was a delight to deal with. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give this repair job 5 stars was because of the labor charge. $311.00 to replace a drum roller which didn't take long at all to do is WAY TOO EXCESSIVE!!
