Tadd was extremely knowledgable and did a great job! It’s a shame that I cant say much for the company. I paid up front for a repair where they ordered several parts and had them sent to me. Unfortunately, the freezer was not able to b repaired and Tad took all the parts back with him and said I would get a refund. That was in late December-January. I have called a dozen times and they will not pay me back. It is always “pending”! It is over $500.00 that is owed me. B forwarned. There is nobody u can talk to who has any authority or can explain anything. Unfortunately, I got the home protection warranty for a year. I’ll probably never use it and I won’t trust them.
