Was very happy with the service we received today with Sears Home Services. I was a little nervous because finding a reliable person to come to our home in Sullivan County NY has always been tricky. Tricky to find someone in the area AND who is reliable and will actually show up for the appointment. Monty was very nice and was able to fix the issue with our dryer quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing an appliance fixed in our area!

George the tech was great, Sears not so much. I have been apart of Sears warranty program for over 12 years, my dishwasher broke in May and I called at least 40 times from may until today august 23 Rd to get an appointment. They kept telling me no tech 2as available and someone will call me back with my options which never happened. On August 22nd I get an ema a tech was on his way to my house, only issue is I was away on vacation and never agreed to that day or knew anyone was coming. I spoke to the tech and I did have someone meet him the next day. The tech was great Sears nope.
