He was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, explain things in the way that we understood and felt confident in the information. Based on him and his performance today, I would recommend a serious service contract to anybody. In fact, we signed up ourselves.

Chris has been our repairman on numerous occasions and he is always dependable courteous and knowledgeable about fixing our appliances. Chris is very thoughtful on wearing booties to keep our home clean. We say give Chris a big raise!!!
