Tbh....this was warranty work and I was frustrated in the beginning and then enters Bob....he got everything up and running, he communicated, he went above and beyond and now I am happily washing clothes. Thanks Bob❤️ you are my hero

Neil was extremely helpful and very thorough. He checked every odd and end of our dryer until he could figure out the issue. The repair man we had prior didn't pull out one tool and said it was fine. So thankful Neil came to help!
