The repairman, Josh P. was excellent!! First, he diagnosed the problem just by sound and then replaced the part within 10 - 15 mins and was gone. Our washing machine never sounded better and cleans as good as new. Josh was professional, courteous and diligent! We sincerely appreciate the work that was performed, and so fast!!!
