This was a bit expensive of a service, but it was far cheaper then a new washer. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly, and pet friendly as well. Parts were ordered and shipped in a few days and a tech was able to arrive a day earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend to someone if asked.

Kenneth was friendly, very helpful and efficient. He was pleasant to talk to. He made sure that all range burners were functioning properly. I was given advice on everything stove/ range top related. I would definitely hire him again.

Josh was great. Personable knowledgeable made sure part did not leak before he left. Very dissatisfied with cost. Part was ordered from Amazon for $17.00 and got charged $124.00. Major rip-off. And cost was lowered because I signed up for service contract.
