The technician (David M) was absolutely wonderful. He did all the work in a timely fashion and everything up and running within the hour. The process to get the technician here, was painfully challenging. I will be calling customer service with a complaint. The original service date was changed three times due to the fact that the parts are on back order. Meanwhile the parts arrived 3 days after the initial consult. They then scheduled a date when the technician wasn't working.
