Our service man George was such a personable person. He acted in such a professional manner. He put down a plastic mat so he wouldn’t ruin my Pergo floor when pulling out my stove. Thank you for sending such a thoughtful service man ! Hope to have him return if we ever need service again.

Technician came out day after we reported our problem. He determined we needed parts. Thirteen days later he came back and installed the parts. Unfortunately we are still having one of the issues we wanted repaired, when we shut our freezer door, water comes out of the back of the dispenser and fills the catch tray. The technician was pleasant and mannerly.
