They do not update you throughout the day if they are going to be late. My appointment was first 8:50. Than 10-12 noon. The tech eventually came at 2pm. If you have a job, good luck. You’ll need to schedule the whole day off.

I wasn’t able to make an appt due to confusion between the warranty dept and scheduling dept. I was passed back and forth 3 times so after 10 minutes I hung up and called a different appliance repair business.

What a horrible experience. Paid to have the technician tell me that the price to fix the bearings of dryer would be $800 plus dollars. The dryer itself was only $500 when I bought it. After looking online the bearing assembly cost is around $92 dollars. What a sham. Buyer beware.

the guy was here for 5 min an looked at the washing machine an said it's the mother board an that they don't make them no more an then said it will cost 700 dls to fix I think he didn't wanna fix it

I have had this repair service out several times now for the same LG all in one washer and dryer over several months for the same issue. This company works as a third party thru the warranty I purchase thru BEST BUY. It’s been months and my unit still leaves my clothes wet and stinky from never drying even if I leave it drying for over a full day!!!! I paid $3,500.00 + for this unit and the warranty. The first year they make u call LG so that’s not including the 2 calls we had in and had serviced in the year first year!

Technician came to fix my 2 yr old GE dishwasher that was not cycling all the way through. He said it wasn't balanced and "cleaned" it telling me it would cost me over 300.00 for the service. That was all that he did to fix the problem which lasted for two days. I ended up paying 272.00 for my dishwasher to still be broken. Customer service was not truthful with me on overall price or labor costs. I would definitely not recommend. It's a joke.

Worked on my refrigerator and made it worst . What a JOKE,,,and now Sears says they can not come back for three weeks…Now we have no freezer,,,what is this country turning into…..

Ridiculous. There is no model number on the stove So Sears neglected to put a model number on our range and now the Sears repair man can’t touch it!!!!
