Vince is a very experienced technician. Knows exactly what he's doing. He comes in diagnose the problem with my freezer within 5 minutes of being in my house and told me exactly what it was very professional. Again, this is the man that you want to come fix your stuff at your house

My repairman , was courteous and kind ! He fixed my appliance correctly and quickly ! He showed me the broken part and cleaned up after he was done . He even took a moment to pet my dogs before leaving , and that goes a long way , for the next time a repairperson comes to the house .
