Michael was pleasant, competent and very efficient.
Except for sears system being down today (we received a text that technician was on his way 2 1/2 hours before he arrived), the repair went easily and Michael was so pleasant, even though he was dealing with technological problems, he did not take it out on us. He was competent and my ice maker is working great. Yay!!! He apologized for not notifying us of his arrival. He had no idea of the text we received hours earlier. Michael was professional.
