Vincent was very professional and helpful in explaining why my wife and I were getting ice buildup in our bottom freezer. He showed us how to properly open and close the freezer door to prevent ice buildup and possible future door problems.

Jeb, the service tech was & is awesome! However, the scheduling & rescheduling of any follow up appointments is terrible! The people who do the scheduling do not speak good or clear English nor is the any communications between the home owner & any service tech.
