James preformed all of the diagnostic test on our machine and informed us what was the problem and gave us a quote as to how much it would cost, he was very nice he did a great job.

James was prompt, courteous, and professional. After his arrival my dryer started heating, but he believed my concerns and disassembled the dryer for further investigation. His findings were that one of 2 heating elements was not working, and the other only intermittently. He provided me with upfront repair pricing which prompted my decision to just purchase a new one.

James was a great service technician, but I wish that Sears would have prefaced the service with the disclaimer that most parts on Sears products are no longer available to get, therefor, unable to be repaired anyway. So a HUGE waste of money to have anyone come out.
