We feel he went above and beyond to get our refrigerator, freezer working again. we cannot say enough good things about Vincent. John diagnosed the problem and made a repair to the door and it is now functioning properly. He is a fine technician. I was disappointed that the original scheduled date and time was not met and we were not updated to the fact that he would not make it.
