Vincent was great
Even though Vincent was great, because Choice Warranty failed to share all the information provided by the homeowner on original request for service, he was not able to work on product. Now we paid for one service call that was unnecessary, and we are being referred to ANOTHER COMPANY.

Excellent, excellent technician service. One of the best service experiences in many years. Not just a token, cursory ,"yep,it's all fine, ma'am", but an extremely thorough going over of my oven. Nothing visually out of order, so technician turned unit in and slowly and methodically increased the temp of oven until reaching high, checking under and around oven with each temperature increase to make sure all was still working properly and more importantly safely. Explained situation, and operation to my satisfaction, and made note of things to monitor. I would enthusiastically recommend this technician and Sears service in the future.

John figured out why our dishwasher had stopped working--a tiny screw had somehow gotten inside and was preventing the machinery from operating properly. He also diagnosed the problem we have nearly every year, namely the machinery freezing up during a cold spell. He found an opening in the wall behind the unit that we were unaware of, and told us how to patch it with Dow board.
