Jeb did a great job. He was efficient, quick, and responsive to my questions. He helped me make sure that my washer truly was working before he left. Since he was the 4th repairman from Sears that had come out to take care of my issue, I was so glad that it finally was resolved. Thanks

scheduling was all AI. I kept getting scheduled and cancelled. To give a service window of 8 - 5 is to wide. You expect us to stay home all day and wait. And then get cancelled. I was completely frustrated in trying to confirm appointment. AI was not helpful. Bring back real people. And pay your technicans more, shame on you!!!!!

John was great and he completed the work on the washer within an hour. He ran it through the whole system and told me that he found no alerts or issues. Unfortunately, I went to complete a washload this morning. Initially, the washer would not open it was locked. I was able to get it to open my changing the load and turning it off and on several times. But now all it does is sense. I cannot get it to run, so I had to make another appointment.
