Ashley did a great job of analyzing and installing parts to repair the defrost on my refrigerator freezer. He was polite and courteous, always cleaning up after himself. If I had the opportunity to rate the company, I would give it one star. There is no way to talk to a live person and sometimes that is the only way to solve or explain a problem. Total automation is not always the answer to customer service. The company needs to seriously rethink their customer service end of things.
