Daniel did a great job diagnosing the problem with our JenAir stove and was able to order the knob switch part. He came back after the part was ordered and replaced the old one with the new one! Good job Daniel! My only big disappointment was the price they charged me was $300.00 for the part and when I went on line to see the price it was only $125.00 if I ordered it myself!
