Technician was great, but the company is the worst. Its AI system kept telling me I would be charged in my home. Warranty told me to ignore them. The AI system was very harassing. I told my home Warranty not to use that company no more.

When Daniel arrived, he assessed the issue and gave us options. I appreciated that he looked it my sears plan. He was fast and efficient.

Paul was great! Almost immediately, he diagnosed the problem and was able to give us a resolution. He was patient and explained everything so that I could understand. While I certainly hope I don't need a service call anytime soon, if we do, I sure hope it's Paul!

My Technician Ali was great. He was pleasant and very professional. As far as the company I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. I wasted 4 days waiting around for a technician that didn't show. When u try to contact the company u get an AI person named Amanda and no matter how much u try u cannot get a real person. If this was the last appliance repair company on the earth I wouldn't use them again.

No one showed up the first scheduled day and worse yet I was never even called and told. Once the tech Jeffrey got there a week later when he was scheduled he did great. Very professional and solved the problem.
