Polite, timely service with tech. Communication between scheduling desk & actual appointment time could improve somewhat. I did not become aware of an estimated arrival time until the day of the appointment. Then it was adjusted throughout the day. A narrower window of arrival the day before would aid in the resident planning their day. As it worked out, I needed to reserve the entire day waiting for our service.

Paul was prompt, professional, courteous, friendly. He explained each step. Unfortunately, the cost of the replacement piece, labor, taxes would be more than the washer was worth. He recommended a new washer.
