Scott is such a great Tech, He is so friendly and very respectful also careful as he works. Scott great for calling letting you know he is on the way and always right on time and as he repairs he lets you know what was needed. I would recommend Scott to others through your Sears Appliance Repairs. I'd rate Scott a 10.
