The technician (Ashley) identified that my refrigerator compressor had been the cause of the cooling problem. He ordered the new compressor and returned to complete the install of the new compressor. He was wonderful, skilled, and very professional. It's apparent that he enjoys his work and does it well. I feel very fortunate that the experience with Sears Appliance Repair was so positive.
