Ashley is the name of the technician from Sears that came to service my whirlpool refrigerator (that I love so much). These appliances look great but do not always function like the ones from yester-year. Ashley is a specialist on these types of refrigerators, his attention was completely on the process of diagnoses' that brought about a successful conclusion. His attention to detail is one you can see as he works. It was refreshing to know that he cares about my appliance as much as I do. Thanks Ashley.
