Wayne had a lot of knowledge and help me sort out my concerns with my washer water temperature. This including temperature and setting adjustments to make when using my washer to get the end result needed for hot ,cold or warm. I would recommend him and the sears service team to family and friends.

The company has exceptional communication and quick scheduling. Our repair technician, Jeff, was wonderful and a pure professional. He knew his way around a Whirlpool dishwasher. It didn't take him long to assess the problem and order the part. The part arrived the next day, Jeff came the following day, and within 3 days total in Jeff's hands, we were up and running. All my appliances are Whirlpool so in the future, I know I am in good hands with Sears Appliance Repair.

Michael did a great job! Fast and efficient.very polite and knowledgeable! He gets 5 stars Sears moved our appt up a day great, but However 8 to 3 appt came at 530 but we are higher up in state Sears should have allowed him time or left original appt. Also part was ordered on first visit, was delivered next day but couldnt get a repair for 2 weeks later Sears scheduling practice idk but again we are off the beaten path. However trying to talk to a person at Sears was ridiculous all AI. But I didnt get a bill because I have a warranty repair contract so maybe Paying customers get better appt timing. Again no reflection on Michael!
