The service technician, jeff, was polite, tidy, and did a superb job. However, your AI system sucks! Multiple times, I have tried to contact someone to adjust the appointment time by a few minutes so the technician doesn't attempt to show up and waste his time when we have to work around his and/or work schedules. This has not been a good experience dealing with the AI nor the call center when trying to adjust appointments. The call center personal say the appointments will be adjusted, however they never are and I have been lied to twice now by the actual person adjusting the appointments. They don't seem to care about the customer's work schedule and I have lost paid work taking time off to accommodate appointments the call center person had scheduled that were never actually on the technician's schedule. Please hire people that will actually be of assistance to your customer base and your technicians. I have also filed a formal complaint with Lowe's.

Scott was very competent. He explained the repair thoroughly. Scott was able to get the dryer working again. Scott explained that the dryer circuit board is no longer made and that if it fails again, a new dryer is the only option.
