The company did a great job confirming my appointment from the warranty claim I had with my Lowes Protection Plan. The tech called in advance to give me a time he would arrive. This was very helpful. He was professional and courteous. He was able to address my concerns and fix the issue with my freezer.

Aaron was excellent. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. My first two appointments i sat at home after taking off work only to be told by Sears my appointment would need to be rescheduled. That is frustrating..... and expensive as i lost 2 days wages. Once again technician Aaron was great though. Give that man a raise....or a bonus or both as he is the only reason i would recommend Sears to anyone and the only reason this is 4 stars and not 1 star.

I would give 4 stars because the first appointment I had I had my husband stay home all day waiting for someone to come or call. No one called we just got a text from The AI person saying they didn’t have a tech to come and to reschedule. We were able to reschedule for the next day. The guy came and ordered the pieces for my washer. They came within a few days. I was able to get. Spoke r appointment and today he fixed my washer. I would just say if there is no tech available just keep in mind people take off work for the time frame given and cannot always take off the next day or another day.

Douglas was very nice and tried to fix our control panel. However after it was installed the oven didn’t work at all now. Must be a bad board

Noise during wash cycle. Repair took a week. Was able to use until repaired. Surprised that tech had not turn water back on or test operation after repair.

Said it was fixed with just a cleaning but now it is so loud you can’t sleep in there. Not sure it is the repair man’s fault because he warned it may not be long term. However it is super annoying that I just couldn’t message him to come back to fix it, and I had to start the annoying process all over again!!
