I had a repair man come to my house, he spent a total of 2 minutes looking at my dryer & told me there was nothing wrong with it. He charged me $126 and he left. I did a load of laundry and my dryer still did not work. I called and told them that my dryer was still doing everything that it had been doing. They said they would send him back today. He did not come back, I called aegan and they said he'll be back tomorrow and I should be receiving a confirmation call within the hour, I received no confirmation call, text or email and he never came back. Then I received an email saying that my appointment was set up in 2 weeks. It's next to impossible to get ahold of an actual person to speak to, And the number that I had called those 2 times, I can no longer get through to, which I think is very weird. I sent an email saying at this point I just want a refund so I can call a totally different repair man and of course I got no response.

Technician was ill informed, and very impatient as I was trying to figure out what was meant by his resolution. He was more concerned about getting out the door than a satisfied customer. Very unprofessional and ignorant

I had them set up to come fix my fridge I had to wait 5 days for a opening and they never ever showed up no call or anything can’t get ahold of anyone at the company most worthless business I’ve ever came across my time frame was 7a-6p and they pushed it all the way back to 9:01 pm waste of money waste of time waste of a business I hope this places burns
