Steven was a professional, providing an informed, thorough service. In the past I have had service providers that are not prepared or not well trained, leading to an unsuccessful experience. This was not the case with Steven. He was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and prepared. I felt relieved that my range was not in disrepair. The safety of my home is important to me and Steven's care and service left me feeling relieved that all was well going forward. I even signed up for the service contract hoping all of your employees are of this caliber.
