GREAT EXPECTATIONS exceeded :)!

Rick called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly identified the issue, gave me a quote for the fix for my approval, and fixed the issue. He replaced a part (fridge fan motor) and was out in 30 mins or so. We are cooling again!
