George was great. However our refrigerator broke in July and it took 7 weeks to get it working again. Unacceptable! One appointment the repair tech never arrived after we waited all day. Unbelievable! 2nd compressor repair in 7 years. Poor equipment and service scheduling for Kenmore Pro product. Expensive repairs. Can anything be done to reduce the financial charges?

Unfortunately I can't say the same for Sears. Times for the technician to arrive were inaccurate. After receiving a time for arrival as 1.08pm I received a call confirming my visit for the next day.
