Glenn was knowledgeable and efficient, working on our Kenmore front load washer. The bad news was that the control panel for our washer has been discontinued, so we have to order a new washer

Jesse efficiently diagnosed the problem, and explained that the door needed a slight adjustment to align with the switch . He also emptied the ice maker of old ice and restarted. The service call was quick.

Do not use Sears Home Services. They only offer appointments in an "8-5pm" range and there is NO human customer service. The actual tradespeople like Andrew were kind, competent and wonderful, but Sears' system is absolutely awful. Never again. Five stars is because I do not want my negative review to affect Andrew negatively.

Great service but the worst process getting him here. The initial appointment emailed me he would be here at 9:37-waited all day and got a call at 3:30 to reschedule. No way to talk to anyone. Continuing problems-have hadSears since 1983-not renewing!!!
