Service associate was nice. When it came to making the appointment they were 8 days out. On the scheduled day they called and said it will be 1wks later. They have the on the website like they'll be out the next day. Not true. I gave the service guy a 4 cause it's not his fault.

In the past, I have had issues with the online scheduling. It’s convenient to be able to schedule online apt, but I have had times where the text says we are next for our apt after waiting all day, and then the tech never gets to us. We take off work for our apt to ensure availability, but there is no time reference besides a very broad 8-5pm. Because of this, if I didn’t have to go through sears with home and shield, I wouldn’t. Tech did fine job calling ahead, and got the job done.
