First tech was clueless, even worse when he came back the 2nd time. Sears scheduling is absolutely the worst!!!!! The techs that came the 3rd time were very knowledgeable, courteous, and fully explained the issue. They went to work fixed the problem. Only took months to fix due to the lousy scheduling process Sears has. Only talk to AI, no human interaction. Makes appointments only to no show, makes another appointment, and again no show. Over and over for several weeks.

Charles was great. He was on time, explained everything to me as he was fixing it. Why it stopped working, what he had to replace and what symptoms to look for if it should happen again. I would use his service again.

Samsung igniter replacement service was done in a timely manner. Paul was knowledgeable in that repair. I had a warranty so there was no cost to me, but I feel that Sears overcharged my warranty company.
