The technician they sent out was very helpful, polite and informative. He was great. The company was terrible to reach, terrible to communicate with, my parts arrived at my home 4 weeks before my appointment. And it was a dryer drum. It was huge. Then they canceled the day day of the appointment at 1pm. A missed day of work for nothing. To reschedule 1 week later, another day missed. Thank goodness it's fixed by the wonderful technician. He should find another company to work for, this one will only bring him down.

Paul is the only reason why we have the Sears home appliance service agreement. He is absolutely amazing and has always, for the 12 years we have had service, fixed everything on the first go around. We treat him like family now.
