Wayne was great. He went out of his way to ensure we were serviced today (the service used to schedule was not so great but Wayne accommodated our schedule which we greatly appreciated). He diagnosed the issue with our fridge quickly and made the repair necessary. Thanks Wayne! Lisa & Tim

Even though the price has gone up for service, it’s still the best plan. The tech knew what was wrong ordered the part, and it came the next day. Tech came the day after and was done fixing my appliance and was out in no time.

Great service today! I appreciated Tommy explaining both the issue and the solution to me. He was very honest, reliable, efficient and extremely professional. We have used Sears Appliance Repair for many years - both in PA and NJ, and we have never had a problem with the service or technicians. I highly recommend Sears for all appliance repairs!

Although they could not repair my washing machine. It was due to a part the manufacturer nolonger makes. I was disappointed but the technician did her job and was very nice when giving me the bad news. Lol
