Lori was excellent! She was very efficient in diagnosing the problem, providing the estimate and completing the work! She even pointed out some proactive measures I could take so that the heating element didn't have to work so hard.

Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Made a visit on Monday explained charges then order ed the part. Next day Tuesday part arrived I rescheduled for install. Had no problem getting another appointment. Now my inner oven glass door fixed and I’m back to baking and happy. Thank you
