Brian the technician for Sears was truly kind and amazing. Did a fantastic job and made sure everything worked well.

I give Dave the technician 5 stars. My tractor had a flat tire and it was a very easy fix/quick installing a tube. HOWEVER, I give Sears Home Service a 0. My appointment was cancelled by Sears 3 times over a 10 day period before the technician finally showed up at 7PM on the 4th day. For the first cancellation, I never even received a phone call or email from sears to let me know that they were cancelling me. They just never showed up. The Customer Service phone number is a joke. You only get an automated system with no option to talk to a human, so I was never able to talk to anyone to get an explanation as to why I was constantly getting cancelled. WILL NEVER USE SEARS HOME SERVICE AGAIN.

Lori is an excellent tech. She is a great diagnostician and is super knowledgeable about her job and the machines that she works on. We totally trust Lori to do the job correctly the first time. We are thankful to be able to ask for her as our tech. I hope that this continues so that when we need washer or dryer maintenance, we can ask for Lori.

My Sears repair guy (Brad) was here earlier today and he was very knowledgeable about how my GE washer and dryer worked and was able to install a new belt for the dryer and tested the washer at the same time! My washer is now running a load of laundry! I highly recommend Sears repair services!

Brian was on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Gave us two options on how we could handle the repair based on cost and he was able to give us the manufacturer’s part for our oven. It took him only minutes to do the installation and he was kind enough to re-level the stove for us so drawer mover better. Very courteous and true professional.
