Wayne is very professional , knows his stuff. However the service was overpriced. After I signed the estimate, a part was sent to my home from Amazon. I was not notified that I would be receiving the part and did not know what it was. After Wayne asked for the part and installed it, my curiosity had me look up the part. I was charged $180. The part is $23. $671 to install a $23 part that took all of but a half hour is really ridiculous. But hey , I signed the estimate!!! Never Sears again

Brian was very efficient & personable! The site was not accurate! My repair was for my stove not dryer! It’s really hard when you can’t talk to a live person!! I can’t find a copy of my bill!!!

***UPDATE*** Just had the pleasure of having Angle again as my technician for my washer. Turned out my drain pump stopped working after 16 years. Angel came in and fixed it right away with no issues. He was his usual friendly and knowledgable self. He so quick and efficient. Again...would highly recommend him to anyone needing a technician. Keep up the great work!!!! Just wanted to drop a few words to let you know the awesome experience I had with Angel. He was not only professional, but was so friendly and gave some great advice as to how to maintain our machines. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to any and everyone. Keep up the great work!!!!
