Our Sears technician Lori did an outstanding job fixing our clothes washer!!! Although two parts had been ordered during the diagnostic visit… only one of the parts were truly needed so we received a refund on the unused part.

Tommy responded almost immediately to my appointment request. His diagnostic was quick and he explained the problem to me. Although he wasn't able to get the part, he gave me instructions for coaxing the refrigerator into cooling so I could get through Thanksgiving. So grateful for that!
