My technician, Lori, arrived on time, expertly diagnosed the problem with my machine, and quickly corrected the issue. She was pleasant and friendly. I would appreciate her help with my appliances anytime I need it in the future. I am pleased with the service I received through Sears Appliance Repair.

Service technician Angel was great! Besides the payment AI and the Appointment AI none of the online systems seemed to work well. A pre-visit questionnaire wouldn't allow us to submit, the technician tracker link sent via text returned a 404 error, and the Warranty app wouldn't allow us to update an old telephone number. The price without signing up for the warranty is pretty overpriced (over $400 to fix old one vs $600 or so for a new one.)
