Brian was very polite and professional in diagnosing and giving me the estimated cost for the repair of my stove. However, I declined having him repair the stove since, based on the repair price quoted, it would be more cost effective to purchase a new one. Brian also informed me of the Sears Protect home warranty plan that covers all makes of appliances. Thank you Brian for your input in helping me in my decision making. A ob well done!!! 👍🏽
