My repairman Brian was great. He was there on time, communication with him was excellent and he repaired my dishwasher panel quickly. He was efficient and friendly. Sears kept me informed by email and text. As for communication for appointments scheduled by Sears, that needs to be improved greatly. Scheduling was not up to par, was told my part would not be ready on the day promised, but it arrived on that date, had to cancel numerous times that Sears said they would reschedule me after being told a specific date my schedule would allow. My first appointment that was scheduled was cancelled 10 minutes before the cutoff time for repairs was due. I had just spoken to a representative after waiting all day with no communication from Sears. Sears uses AI bot which makes it extremely difficult to speak with a live person, unless you get lucky on a chat message. The last straw was that Sears ordered the wrong panel color for my dishwasher which upset my repairman. It turned out fine because the wrong color broke up the solid color and went with all my other appliances, so it fit right in luckily for me and Sears. I hope in the future Sears is more diligent in their customer service. Sears was always the go to store, but now it seems this company’s name is getting dragged through the mud.

Lori was great 6 hrs late because the system never updated I lost this 2nd day of work because the system wasn’t updated all day not her fault but I I’m livid and will prob cancel with Sears missed 2 days and they kept changing apoint thinking part wasn’t here but it was the day after she came the 1st time ! So I’m cancelling !
