The technician was great. I would like to speak with someone re: how long it took to get my dishwasher fixed. I was promised at least 3 different to have someone call me back, that never happened. Why have I been paying monthly charge and never got service. I went since August to get it fixed, that is unacceptable. Kathy Clinton.

the TECH has been to my home before, and is highly qualified. My displeasure was the fact that I was never told by Sears the flat rate servce call fee. I was only told 129 for diagnosis, would be deducted. Well it cost me $314.xx to reattach a hose under the top, 10 minutes. That should have been covered by the diagnosis, but it was not, and the Tech could not adjust the billing system . I should be refunded the 185 to my card, as that is a gross overcharge. in the past, accurate change in the field could be done by the Tech. i have used Sears for years, for this issue I should be refunded.
