I could not have been more pleased with Tommy who went "outside of the box" to find out the solution to the problem that I have been having with my ice maker for some time. He was prompt, installed the parts previously recommended, ordered additional parts and came back later in the day to install those parts after they were dropped off by an associate. He kept me up to speed on where he was and when he would return and was accurate within 5 minutes! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. Did the job right. Gets an A+ from me.
