The technician Jason was excellent and explained what he was doing and why in replacing the carburetor for my Craftsman snowthrower. The whole procedure took ten minutes but the labor charge was $339.15. The part was $216.75 which with sales tax of $19.20, resulted in a total charge of $568.91. I really feel this was exhorbitant and not the fault of Jason.
