George was a very friendly person. He explained the different tests he was performing on my range as he went along. Was able to diagnose the problem, however the repair cost was more than I paid for the range.

Tech was polite, informative and his work, besides correcting the problem was otherwise undetectable. Everything was left in order! Made me consider buying a service contract for other emergencies.
