George is great, installed the 2 parts that was needed for our washer. Started in March, only receiving one part. Then getting case #, But dealing with customer service was HORRENDOUS! Got that second part in July! 4 months without a washer is not acceptable. I’m not happy with Sears warranty and their customer service and about escalating to upper management, told we would get a call. Never happened as we had to call once a week, very frustrating.

Jason did a wonderful job replacing my timing belt … It took Jason only 11 minutes to complete his job …. Showing how much Sears Ripped me off ! Labor cost was $319.95 for an 11 minute job . I really like my Wide Cut Mower but Craftsman doesn’t sell it anymore … But , Home Depot does ! HD sells the Cub Cadet which is the same 33 inch wide mower … Sears ripped me off for the last time .., I’ll run my Craftsman to the ground then I’ll by at Home Depot … As one of the last old time Sears customers I’m done with Sears and will not let you rip me off again .
