My service technician Phillip was able to install the new ice maker without a problems & everything is now working fine. I also like that I was continually notified the day of service with the approximate arrival time of the technician . I gave the rating 4 stars because of the “disconnect” between the link where you reschedule an appointment and the actual service provider having that appointment in their schedule. After a few frustrating phone calls it was resolved but it did add a definite negative to the total experience. For example, I received all of the parts for the repair within a few days of their order except a tube of Silicone. Weeks went by and still no silicone and the repairmen would not come out until it came. Finally I had to call Sears Service and write an email to follow up on the silicone since it was probably lost in transit. Afterwards, the Silicone was quickly delivered. I then received a text notice that I had a new service date but when I called the Service Provider directly., they said I had NO service date in their book. It took another long phone call to Sears Service for them to contact the service provider directly to confirm the appointment. In theory, the system is good except for the disconnect between the automated links and the actual service providers.
